Is this the first time you're setting up your device? If yes then follow the steps below:

1. First, try pressing and holding down the button for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds for it to reset before trying again.

2. If that doesn't work please try turning off your Bluetooth® and turning it back on again. Then re-open the invisaWear app and click the device once to pair.

3. If that does not work then please try resetting your phone and trying again.

If your invisaWear is showing up as not connected in your Bluetooth® settings, no need to panic! Your invisaWear is not always connected to your phone. The product is designed to optimize the battery life for both your phone and the device. They are only ever connected when you double press your invisaWear. This way it doesn't drain your phone's battery unlike many other personal safety devices! Please just make sure to never forget invisaWear in the list of devices in your Bluetooth® settings.

If you've previously paired your invisaWear device and tried removing it or accidentally removed it, please follow the steps below to reset it:

1. Uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. While waiting for it to reinstall, please go to your phone's Bluetooth® settings and verify that invisaWear is not listed under My Devices. If it is listed, please forget the device to remove it.

2. Log back into the app. You'll first need to add your contacts again. Once you reach the Connect Device page, please press and hold down the button for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds, please wait 30 seconds for it to reset before trying again.

3. You may need to repeat Step 2.

To remove an emergency contact, go to the App Menu -> Settings -> Emergency Contacts, and then swipe left on the contact you wish to remove. Next, press the red button that says “Delete”.

You may also add more contacts by tapping the Add button in the top right hand corner.

Do you still have your old phone? If so please first uninstall the app from your old phone. If you do not have your old phone then no need to worry!

Next, please uninstall the invisaWear app from your new phone (if it is already installed), and then re-install. Then log back into your previous account that you created, or if you have a new number then you will need to create a new account.

When you reach the connect device page, please press and hold down the button on your invisaWear for 15 seconds. If you accidentally let go before 15 seconds please wait 30 seconds for it to reset before trying again.

 Please do not remove a device unless you no longer wish to use it or to pair to it again. To remove a device, go to the App Menu -> Connect Device -> Remove Device. After confirming that you no longer would like to use the device, double press the device to remove it. Please also make sure to unpair from the invIsaWear in your phone’s Bluetooth settings.

The invisaWear app is compatible with most devices running Android™ 9.0+ and iPhones running iOS 13.0+. If you're unsure if it is compatible, feel free to contact us with the name of your device manufacturer and the software version it’s running and our team would be happy to check for you! 

Go to your phone’s Settings -> invisaWear -> Location -> Always then re-open the invisaWear app

The invisaWear app needs to be running in the background in order for it to have the fastest and most accurate performance to send emergency notifications. Some recent Android™ updates will try to optimize battery usage by preventing apps from running in the background, so it's important to make sure invisaWear is not optimized for battery optimization. Follow these steps bellow to turn off Battery Optimization:

1. Step One, open up your phone settings then at the top there should be a search option. Please search “battery”.

2. Then, if you see an option to select “optimize battery usage” or “battery optimization”, please select this option. You may need to select this option again.

3. You should see a list of apps on the next screen, at the top of this page you should see something that says “not optimized”, you should be able to switch that to “All apps” using a drop down menu.

4. Once you do this you should see a very long list of apps in alphabetical order. Please scroll and find invisaWear, once you find it please select and change setting to off or not optimized.

5. That’s it! You should be all set, if you reopen the app again you might see the notification one more time, you can hit cancel and then it shouldn’t pop up anymore.

 Power Mode: Settings > Device Care > Battery > Power Mode; Switch to Optimized or High Performance. Make sure 'Adaptive power saving' is off

 Auto optimization: Settings > Device Care > Menu (top right) > Auto Optimization > turn off

 Auto disable unused apps: Settings > Device Care > Battery > Menu (top right) > Settings > turn off 'Auto disable unused apps'

 Memory: Settings > Device Care > Memory > Menu (top right) > 'Apps that aren't checked' > Add 'invisaWear'
