There are 3 different modes you can choose from when setting up your device:

To remove an emergency contact, please go to the App Menu -> Settings -> Emergency Contacts, and then swipe left on the contact you wish to remove. Next, press the red button that says “Delete”.
The invisaWear device does work internationally. If you are outside of the United States, the invisaWear would be able to send text message alerts to your emergency contacts informing them that you are in an emergency situation.

In the very rare case that you do accidentally activate an alert, that’s okay! Simply open your companion app within 15 seconds and enter your pin to cancel the alert. If you can’t cancel the alert in time, an ADT agent will call or text you to verify if you are in need of assistance. You still have the option to cancel by answering the call/text and verifying your secure PIN to the ADT agent.
If you have the Silent SOS 9-1-1 feature enabled, we will immediately notify an ADT agent in an emergency. An ADT agent will text you updates along the way.

An ADT agent will try to call you to verify you are indeed in danger and to gather any additional information. invisaWear works with a compatible smartphone. The app is compatible with most Android devices running Android version 9.0+ and iPhones running iOS 11.0+. Tracphone and Jitterbug phones may not always with our app.
After the app is downloaded to the user's smartphone, they create an account profile with personal, medical information and also choose a 4 digit pin. The user will need to remember this pin as it is used to cancel alerts directly with ADT. In an emergency, any medical information provided in the app will be shared with emergency personnel.
A rapid double button press on the back of the charm is required in order to initiate an emergency alert. InvisaWear uses your phone's cellular data or WIFI to send the alert. This can be helpful for situations where cell service is not available to make a phone call. Unfortunately if there is no data or WIFI available then the app will notify you that it was unable to send an alert and instruct you to call 911.
The user does need to be familiar with how to maneuver around on their smartphone and in their phone settings. They need to keep the app open and running in the background, have their smartphone within 30 feet of the charm and have either cellular data turned on or WIFI enabled in order for any alerts to go out. We also recommend testing the device once a month by placing a test alert. At this time, invisaWear does not have fall detection. If you have significant medical issues or serious cognitive impairment, a different device may be needed.
The account login for managing your subscription is different from your login for the invisaWear app. If you have not created an account already for the subscription, please choose create an account. Enter your first name, last name, email address, and enter a password. You will need to click I am not a robot and then select the appropriate pictures to the question. An email will be sent to you. Click on activate the account. Go back to the login screen, enter your email address and password. You can now click manage subscription.
