- Reassurance Calls (24x 7 Access to Trained TELUS Agents): Think of this as having a 'virtual companion' who is available to you 24 x 7. A TELUS agent can stay with you on the phone anytime you feel unsafe - like while you're walking back home or to your car, for example. With live GPS tracking, they can get you help quickly if you need it.
- Chat: If you're unable to speak on the phone or need to be discreet but don't yet need emergency assistance, you can text a TELUS agent using the invisaWear® app. On a date and feeling uncomfortable? Take out your phone and text a TELUS agent using the invisaWear app. They can get you help quickly if the situation escalates.
- Activity Tracking: Be proactive about your safety by inviting TELUS (and emergency contacts if you choose) to track you via GPS for a set time. We’ll alert your emergency contacts and 911 if the timer expires and you don’t respond.
- Self-Defense Classes: As a premium customer, you also get complimentary access to virtual self defense classes taught by renowned instructor, Jennifer Cassetta. Classes are hosted once a quarter and teach you how to stop an attacker and how to defend yourself in an emergency.
