Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions When you purchase a subscription, you are subscribing to a service that ensures you receive ongoing support and resources, including 24/7 security agents, customer support, and additional infrastructure. The subscription is billed repeatedly in order for us to continue providing these services.
Subscriptions begin on the date of purchase, not the date of activation. This is because we immediately allocate resources to support your account from day one, ensuring that you have a seamless experience. This approach also allows us to maintain a consistent billing cycle, which is crucial for providing continuous service and support. It ensures that you're fully protected and ready to use the product whenever you choose to activate it.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
Due to the nature of our subscription service and the immediate allocation of resources, all subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the subscription is purchased, we begin providing services immediately, including 24/7 support and the allocation of infrastructure. As a result, we cannot offer refunds once the service has been activated.
We offer several subscription options, each with different commitment terms:

2-Year Safety Plan: This plan requires a 2-year commitment before you can cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription after the 2-year commitment period.

1-Year Safety Plan: This plan requires a 1-year commitment before you can cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription after the 1-year commitment period.

6-Month Safety Plan: This plan requires a 6-month commitment before you can cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription after the 6-month commitment period.

Monthly Safety Plan: This plan has no long-term commitment and can be canceled at any time. However, it is priced at the highest rate compared to the other plans with longer commitments.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, please contact our customer support team by emailing help@invisawear.com. Our team will assist you with the cancellation process. Cancellations must be made through customer service and cannot be done online.
Auto-Renewal All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't wish to renew your subscription, you can cancel it before the renewal date by contacting our customer support team.
